We can offer you the following tasks
As the Project Manager for Heat Pumps, you oversee every aspect of the project. From the moment the contract is signed until the successful installation and commissioning of large heat pump solutions, primarily in the district heating sectros, you ensure that all necessary decisions and actions are taken promptly.
- Commercial and technical processing: Handling of international orders
- Ensuring constructive cooperation: Efficient collaboration and communication within the project team
- Effective management and control: Overseeing project costs, schedules, and resources
- Provision of KPIs: Creation of project status reports for stakeholders and project documentation and controlling (order set, price sheets and specifications)
- Financial responsibility: Ensuring the project's financial outcome, including profitability, claims/deviations, liquidated damages, and/or penalties
You can help us with these qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years in project management of EPC projects, preferably in the energy sector
- Education: Completed studies in mechanical engineering, chemistry, process engineering or plant engineering or equivalent training with industrial experience
- Knowledge: Good knowledge in commercial and legal contract evaluation
- Certifications: Possession of project management qualifications such as IPMA are an advantage
- Language skills: Fluent in English and preferably supplementary language with high communications and intercultural skills
- Travel: Willingness to trave (up to 20%)
- Work style: Used to working under high pressure in a customer-, cost- and results-oriented manner, with an analytical and forward-looking mindset, impressive negotiating skills, as well as persuasive and communication skills
- Mindset: Self-driven, open-minded, high team spirit and independent with problem-solving attitude and assertiveness
- Personality: High-energy, outgoing, can-do personality with the ability to prioritize demands of ongoing sales projects, campaigns, and initiatives
