As a Digital Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions for new equipment sales in the Segment Industries. • Drive Innovation: Work on exciting and diverse digital sales projects with a global focus.
• Develop Digital Solutions: Create offers and concepts that align with market demands and customer needs.
• Manage Sales Processes: Take ownership of cost calculations, pricing strategies, and contract preparation.
• Lead Presentations & Marketing: Conduct customer presentations, webinars, and marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility.
• Analyze Market Trends: Identify new business opportunities for digital sales.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Order Execution, Group Digital, After Sales, and Legal teams globally.
• Project Management: Enhance and refine sales strategies through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Engage with Product Development: Ensure business cases are identified well in advance of sales activities.

You can help us with these qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on digitalization.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the heavy machinery industry.
• Passion for Digitalization: Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 and its role in mechanical engineering.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with commitment and motivation.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with digital sales tools.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Customer-Oriented Approach: Strong technical foundation and structured, independent working style.
