We can offer you the following tasks
As Bid Manager Heat Pump you are responsible for the project acquisition up to contract signing of large heat pump solutions for heat generation, focusing mainly on the district heating sector
- Proposal Development: You develop proposals for industrial heat pump solutions including cost and price calculation together with the internal engineering team
- Negotiation Leadership: Lead technical and commercial negotiations with our international clients up to order placement and cooperate with suppliers and partners
- Project Scope and Strategy: Clarification of the project scope and definition of the bidding strategy
- Customer Advisory: Advise customers with regard to the economic and technical optimal solution
- Collaboration and Contacts: Collaborate with the regional sales colleagues and establish contacts with customers
- Market Research Support: Support market research and strategic planning
- Solution Development: Develop the heat pump solution offering
You can help us with these qualifications
- Experience: Ten years of experience in plant engineering, preferably in the energy sector
- Sales and Project Management: Experience in sales of EPC projects and in project management
- Technical Education: Technical education with relevant further training or engineering degree, preferably with a completed Master degree
- Contract Knowledge: Good knowledge in commercial and legal contract evaluation
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and preferably an additional language with high communication skills
- Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel (10-20%) and interact with various cultures
- Mindset and Attitude: Self-driven, open-minded and independent mindset with problem-solving attitude and assertiveness
- Personality: High-energy, outgoing, can-do personality with the ability to prioritize demands of ongoing sales projects, campaigns, and initiatives
