We can offer you the following tasks

 

  • Processing of delivery and collection orders for repair parts, external specifications and orders
  • Commissioning of forwarding agents including order processing and invoice verification
  • Clearance of the delivering and collecting forwarders including preparation of the necessary documents and, if necessary, realisation of the associated customs clearance
  • Posting of transactions in the relevant IT systems
  • Local contact for import and export matters

 

 

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Completed training as a forwarding, wholesale and foreign trade or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications with several years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM/SD modules)
  • Good knowledge of customs (import/export)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Assertiveness, structured, accurate and independent way of working even under deadline pressure
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Good technical understanding
