We can offer you the following tasks

 

Our sales team is travelling regionally in northern Germany. Nationally, we serve a stable and highly potential customer base in the maritime and industrial sectors.

We also want to broaden our international footprint and develop the market. We want to grow here and are focussing on sustainable strategic business relationships. As the face to the customer, our MAN specialists are the ideal contact for technical issues and their solutions.

  • You understand the needs of your customers, develop customised solutions and negotiate contracts through to conclusion
  • You pursue relevant, high-value offers and utilise our sales tools (SAP, CRM etc.)
  • You continuously monitor the market and identify new business opportunities
  • You manage the collaboration with other sales departments and the technical service department

 

 

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Commercial training or university degree in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Sales experience with technical reference
  • Knowledge of marine propulsion systems in the field of four-stroke and two-stroke internal combustion engines and exhaust gas turbochargers is an advantage
  • Ideally experience in international business and in dealing with diverse cultures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-orientation and high motivation with analytical skills and a holistic view of the business
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand customer needs, business drivers and cultures
  • Fluent German and English language skills, other languages are an advantage
