Become part of one of our growth areas in After Sales. Together, we sell maintenance and operator contracts for our efficient energy and decarbonisation solutions worldwide with a focus on long-term and outstanding partnerships with our global customers.

MAN Energy Solutions offers a 15-month trainee programme in which you will take responsibility for your own projects and broaden your horizons through off-the-job training, mentoring and networking events. You will also gain intercultural experience at our locations worldwide.

• Diverse assignments in various departments such as preliminary costing and tender management, maintenance strategy development, engine and plant engineering, project management, production and manufacturing, IT tool development, purchasing
• Collaboration on interdisciplinary sales projects to ensure the long-term success of the company by increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction as part of long-term service contracts
• International project assignments at one of our global locations to gain valuable experience abroad
• Customer contact and requirements management: Get to know our customers and their needs and contribute to the fulfilment of these requirements along the entire value chain
• Participation in seminars and development measures to promote your professional career and personal development
• Building a personal network within the company and active participation in networking events

You can help us with these qualifications

• Above-average Master's degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business informatics, business administration or a comparable subject
• Experience in project management, ideally through practical activities (maximum 1 year of full-time professional experience)
• Sound technical knowledge of engine technology is an advantage
• Confident use of the common MS Office programmes.
• Very good language skills in German and English, further language skills are an advantage
• At least 4 months of experience abroad, e.g. during your studies.
• Independent, structured and committed way of working
• Excellent communication and co-operation skills
• Ability to work in a team in multinational project teams as well as business and intercultural sensitivity in an international environment
