We can offer you the following tasks

You will be part of a multicultural service team consisting of over 100 colleagues (m/f/d) who are dedicated to providing our customers with advice and expert knowledge. We provide professional maintenance, repairs and project management for their ships and stationary systems in the areas of 4-stroke engines, radial and axial turbochargers and automation. If you enjoy direct customer contact and worldwide business trips, then take the next step in your career with us as a Service Technician (m/f/d).

  • Contact and advice for our customers and worldwide service centres in all technical matters relating to medium-speed 4-stroke diesel engines
  • Carrying out maintenance, repairs and services as well as coordinating and instructing external personnel on ships or power plants worldwide
  • Creation and preparation of fault analyses in the event of damage
  • Processing warranty claims including root cause analyses, damage assessment and repair
  • Customer support in technical matters
  • Active involvement in the day-to-day business of Technical Services

You can help us with these qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker oder Mechatroniker mit fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation, z. B. Maschinenbautechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung mit Dieselmotoren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Hohe weltweite Reisebereitschaft
