We can offer you the following tasks

We in MAN Energy Solutions want to make the world a better place and reduce global CO2 emissions by 10% with our sustainable products and solutions. That is our goal and our drive. To achieve this goal, we need experts with skills, interest and enthusiasm to IT and in particular we are looking for a senior network and security architect. You will join the Cyber Defence and Network Department, an internal group of people based in Germany, Denmark and India, collaborating in an agile way across different locations to securely connect our company and employees all over the world.

 

  • Leading the delivery of product team initiatives, including advanced LAN/WLAN implementations.
  • Driving the implementation of critical changes in network security components, such as firewalls, load balancers, and remote connectivity solutions.
  • Providing strategic input in the design of new network security solutions and spearheading the continuous improvement of the existing landscape.
  • Overseeing the resolution of complex incidents and problem tickets as a level 3 support expert.

 

You can help us with these qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience of network and security architecture within a similar size business with expertise in both IT and OT networks
  • Have a deep knowledge in LAN/WLAN technologies
  • Are an expert in network security solutions (firewalls, remote connectivity solutions, load balancers, network access control)
  • Have proven expertise in utilizing advanced network monitoring tools to ensure optimal network performance and security
  • Provide an understanding of IT Service Management according to ITIL
  • Knowledge of OT security, public cloud network/network security and automation is a plus
  • Are fluent in English and German
