We can offer you the following tasks

 

  • Professional customer support with a focus on order-related communication
  • Management and implementation of repair, maintenance and servicing projects as well as coordination and guidance of external personnel on ships or power plants worldwide
  • Independent processing of warranty cases
  • Preparation and elaboration of fault analyses for claims
  • Technical project management including the development of project plans and schedules, preparation of risk analyses and resource plans and commercial consideration and post-project follow up
  • Coordination of technical project orders while taking into consideration signed contracts and corresponding guidelines as well as scheduling of technical work packages
  • Shaping and optimizing processes and process specifications
  • Involvement in the preparation of technical documentation, installation and assembly instructions
  • Participation in trainings and preparation of training material

 

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering with a specialization in ship operation technology or mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience with diesel and gas engines as well as turbomachinery
  • Knowledge of control technology and automation
  • Very good SAP skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Distinct customer and solution orientation
  • High willingness to travel worldwide
