We can offer you the following tasks

 

  • Functional Lead of the product team "Engine Application Development", ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of backlog items to work on 

  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog for upcoming demands in collaboration with business partners based on the global IT Governance 

  • Define product vision and road-map for the applications owned by the product team 

  • Defining the future architecture of the Engine Application landscape in collaboration with the team members and other product teams of the Software Development Center 

  • Executing the Engine Application Redesign initiative including the transition to state-of-the-art technologies based on common cloud platforms like AWS and MS Azure

 

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Successfully completed technical degree, e.g. Information Technology, Business Administration, Systems Engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in the area of Software Development based Product Ownership 

  • Profound experience as a Product Owner of international teams focused on custom software development (ideally of engineering related applications) 

  • Good understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience using Jira, Confluence and comparable tools 

  • Lead or architected complex software development projects focused on reengineering large scale monolithic applications 

  • Communication & team skills (Fluent in English and German) 

  • Structured and analytical way of working 

  • Confident appearance in an international environment
