We can offer you the following tasks

 

  • Participation in and partly management of business development projects at MAN Energy Solutions Four-Stroke Marine business in an interdisciplinary, international environment, e.g. related to decarbonisation and future fuels
  • Responsibility for maintaining, updating and improving market intelligence data sources and data based reports and other (digital) performance projects
  • Analysis of marine markets by evaluating external and internal sources (data, interviews, attending congresses and exhibitions) as well as preparing and presenting results for management and executive board
  • Monitoring of global technical and economic trends and competitors and derivation of possible impacts on the marine business
  • Preparation of market- and sales forecasts in cooperation with sales departments and division management

 

 

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Completed studies (Master's / Bachelor's degree) in engineering or business with a technical focus or comparable qualification
  • Experience in business development measures and in analysing capital goods markets and products (LCA), knowledge about maritime industry beneficial
  • Generally IT savvy, with very good skills in standard tools (Excel, PowerBI) and SQL
  • Very good analytical and structured project management skills.
  • Interest and affinity towards general and IT related project management.
  • Technical knowledge and / or interest in technical field
  • Above average motivation and initiative
  • Good communication skills and fun at working in a dynamic team and in an international environment
  • Professional command of the English and ideally the German language
  • Readiness for occasional business trips
