We can offer you the following tasks

  • Responsibility for the coordination of logistical project activities for the conversion of U&R projects, taking into account the contractually agreed parameters 
  • Independent decision-making ability to ensure the contractually agreed delivery requirements of complex customer contracts 
  • Independent system-side processing of project logistics in the SAP project system (approx. 3000 components per engine) and in the SAP SD module (up to 200 components)
  • Independent creation and tracking of delivery documentation, taking export regulations into account
  • Material management of purchased parts, taking into account contractually agreed parameters in coordination with internal after sales/new construction/production
  • Logistical and system-related processing of deviation reports including coordination with sub-suppliers
  • Sales support in the quotation phase with regard to logistical issues
  • Support in the further development of processes to optimise the supply chain

 

You can help us with these qualifications

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, a technical degree or technical training with several years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office 
  • Knowledge of change management, parts lists and product change processes is an advantage
  • Team- and result-orientated as well as independent and conscientious way of working
  • Good communication and coordination skills across departmental and site boundaries
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
