We can offer you the following tasks

 

MAN Energy Solutions SE offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects and you will be offered opportunities to expand your horizon through off-the-job trainings, mentoring and networking events. Furthermore, you will be able to gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations. The Product Line EPC Solutions division is involved in global solutions in the field of energy generation systems. The EPC Solutions product line is responsible for planning, procurement and quality management. The focus is on the engineering of all trades for various power plant solutions, both in the offer and execution phase, the inquiry and procurement of necessary power plant components and services as well as the systematic planning and control of processes and products to be used with a view to their quality. You will be part of a highly committed team of 180 talented colleagues from a wide range of cultural backgrounds who have a high degree of independence in solving their tasks. 

 

  • Assignments in different departments of the Product Line EPC Solutions
  • Interdisciplinary projects in systems- and plant engineering, project management, product strategy and in the procurement and quality for energy generation
  • International project assignments at one of our locations abroad
  • Pass through the different areas within the Power Segment and related interfaces
  • Getting to know customers, their requirements and their fulfillment along the value chain of an engineering and plant application company
  • Participation in seminars and development measures to build your own career
  • Building your personal network within the company and becoming an active networker

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Above-average master´s degree in the field of mechanical engineering/industrial engineering 
  • Relevant practical experience in production, e.g. through internships completed over several months, student traineeships
  • Practical experience in project management
  • At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies
  • Technical knowledge of energy generation solutions (i.e. Power to X/ Electrolysis/ Heat Pumps)
  • Very good english skills (further languages welcome)
  • Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good communication and cooperative skills
  • Open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile and flexible with respect to your job
  • Empathy and sense of humor
