MAN Energy Solutions SE offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects and you will be offered opportunities to expand your horizon through off-the-job trainings, mentoring and networking events. Furthermore, you will be able to gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations. 

The Product Line EPC Solutions division is involved in global solutions in the field of energy generation systems and responsible for planning, procurement and quality management. The focus is on the engineering of all trades for various power plant solutions, both in the offer and execution phase. The division Order Center Product Lines is the interface between the Product Line EPC and the sales divisions responsible for the in time planning of projects in regards to resources. Furthermore the Order Center in working on various optimization projects at these interfaces. You will have the chance to work in both divisions as well as the interface divisions and you will work together with talented colleagues from a wide range of cultural backgrounds who have a high degree of independence in solving their tasks.

• Assignments in different divisions of the Product Line EPC Solutions and the Order Center Product Lines
• Interdisciplinary projects in systems- and plant engineering, project management, product strategy and in the procurement and quality for energy generation
• International project assignments at one of our locations abroad
• Pass through the different areas within the Power Segment and related interfaces
• Getting to know customers, their requirements and their fulfillment along the value chain of an engineering and plant application company
• Participation in seminars and development measures to build your own career
• Building your personal network within the company and becoming an active networker

You can help us with these qualifications

• Above-average master degree in the field of mechanical engineering / industrial engineering / business administration
• Relevant practical experience in project management or engineering e.g. through internships completed over several months, student traineeships
• Technical knowledge of energy generation solutions (i.e. Power to X/ Electrolysis/ Heat Pumps) 
• Very good german and english skills (further languages welcome)
• At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies
• Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
• You have very good communication and cooperative skills
• You are open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile and flexible with respect to your job
• Empathy and sense of humor
