We can offer you the following tasks

MAN Energy Solutions SE offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects and have the opportunity to broaden your horizons through off-the-job training, mentoring and networking events. Furthermore, you will be able to gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations. The central function Operations Innovation & Excellence (OIE) supports the 12 production sites world-wide and also manages topics for the best possible utilization of synergy effects along the entire value chain. Our projects combine expertise in Process Management, Digitalization, Portfolio Management and Cyber Security.

 

  • Responsibility for an interdisciplinary project over the entire life cycle from order clarification to project completion within the production network Internationaler Projekteinsatz an einem unserer Produktionsstandorte im Ausland
  • International project assignments at one of our locations abroad
  • Proactively drive special tasks in the areas of innovation, process management, operational excellence and digitalization
  • Participation in seminars and development measures to build your own career
  • Building your personal network within the company and becoming an active networker

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Above-average master´s degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, informatics, industrial engineering or a related degree 
  • First practical experience in project management
  • At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies
  • Very good english skills (further languages welcome)
  • Competent knowledge of the common MS-Office programs
  • High IT-affinity
  • Ability to work independently, analytically and think conceptually
  • Ability to simplify, present and drive complex issues
  • Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good communication and cooperative skills
  • Open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile and flexible with respect to your job
