Where we need you

Your professional home

MAN Energy Solutions’ headquarters in Augsburg were once the setting for the invention of the diesel engine, with which Rudolf Diesel declared war on the steam engine. Today, our primary mission is to overcome the challenges faced by the marine, energy and industrial sectors – not only to ensure our customers’ success, but also to preserve our environment. From small increases in the efficiency of individual components, such as dual-fuel engines, exhaust gas treatment systems or software solutions, to major innovations at system level – every day, around 5,000 employees work at our site in the beautiful renaissance city of Augsburg to create a better future. You too can help us do that. We are the employer for you if you want to make a difference.

That is important to us

Integrity and Compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture. We firmly support diversity and equal opportunities and are therefore looking forward to receiving a diverse range of applications. Just click on “Apply now” and start your career with us.
