We can offer you the following tasks

Become part of a dynamic and motivated supply chain team in the area of after-sales for maritime and stationary applications (2- and 4-stroke engines). 

Our team makes a significant contribution to ensuring the availability of spare parts for the after-sales area. 

Thanks to our team spirit and our shared commitment to one another and to each other, we are able to achieve our sales targets year after year.

Every individual contribution is important - because together we make the team stronger.

  • Continuous processing of customer complaints as input for product changes and developments 
  • Coordination of strategic projects in customer complaint management in After Sales
  • Developing technical and commercial improvement concepts
  • Setting up a key figure cockpit with a focus on returns and complaint processes
  • Collaboration with the global After Sales organisation

 

You can help us with these qualifications

  • Vocational training in the technical field with appropriate further training or comparable qualification or completed studies in the field of (industrial) engineering
  • Comprehensive technical understanding - preferably from the mechanical and/or plant engineering sector
  • Advanced project management knowledge and corresponding practical experience
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, QM)
  • Ability to work in multinational project teams and business and intercultural sensitivity in an international environment
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, especially for interface communication with internal and external partners
  • Detailed working methods, ability to analyse and interpret technical documents
  • Independent, structured and autonomous working style
