As Configuration Content Manager you are responsible for maintaining the data content of configuration software tools. Based on your competent assessment of technical information and your decisions, sales and tendering functions can easily configure the ideal solution for any customer and efficiently provide specifications, scope of supply, costs and prices to all customers and other stake holders (decision making in top management, working basis for various staff functions, planning of production and logistics, …) – fully trusting and relying on the correctness of the data.

The EDP Content Manager role encompasses the content management of solutions and products within the MAN own EDP configurator

• Maintaining of plant and some engine components in SAP PLM
• Check and release of all product changes (Check for completeness and correctness, )Coordination of timed releases and concurrent changes
• Rule based definition of product attributes through preferences and defined rules

The Crealis Content Manager role encompasses the content management of solutions and products within the Crealis configuraton software

• SAP High Level Configuration logic
• Content management (extension and maintenance of the existing logic)
• Assessment of required information for High level config. (Releases, General features)

You can help us with these qualifications

• Your experience ideally comprises notable activities and responsibilities within CPQ software in general and SAP especially. IT competence, database skills, programming skills, as well as the ability and readiness to extend your knowledge to additional, software specific requirements, do expand your profile. Experience in an industry environment, ideally with CTO and ETO scopes, will help you adapt to the existing challenges.
• Ability to prioritize, work towards deadline, communication skills and professional attitude towards stakeholder management will be essential. Proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Strong background in SAP modules (PLM, SD, VC)
• Good understanding of engine technology, engineering processes, ideally on a level of bill of material
• CPQ software experience desired (General CPQ and ETO configuration, )Orisa (PDM)
• Programming skills
• Data base skills (SQL)
• MS Office interfaces
